The Circus Circus hotel is a great option for families traveling to Vegas with the little ones and a perfect choice to keep everyone entertained. With the Adventuredome you have over 25 rides to choose from, each of them with their own level of “thrills” to determine who’s old enough, or brave enough, to get on the ride and go!
At the Adventuredome you can also find free clown shows every day and a classic arcade featuring all of your favorite video and prize games. You can also try your hand at rock-climbing and bungee jumping if you’d rather not brave some of the thrill rides located inside this great Las Vegas attraction. Fans of Spongebob Squarepants will love his 4-D adventure that takes you right to Bikini Bottom with Spongebob, Patrick and the rest of his pals.
With 5 acres of rides and games to choose from, you can spend an entire day enjoying the Adventuredome no matter the weather outside. Forget the traffic and hectic nightclubs; when you’re in the mood to let loose and have fun with your friends and family the Adventuredome is the perfect place to start. If you’re a coaster enthusiast, you’ll especially appreciate the Canyon Blaster. This roller coaster is the world’s only indoor, double-loop, double-corkscrew rollercoaster that sends you zooming down the track at 55 mph! Your options are endless at the Adventuredome, but it is a must-see on your next trip to Las Vegas. There’s nothing else like the Adventuredome in the States, so make sure you enjoy the great rides at the world’s largest indoor theme park!

Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay - from Best of Vegas

When you want to get away from the nightclubs and bright lights of the Strip, come to the Mandalay Bay and visit the Shark Reef to see the natural wonders of the ocean. There are over 2,000 animals inside this tank. You and your guests will love to see the giant sawfish, gorgeous rays, endangered green sea turtles, and piranhas, moon jellies and even the rare golden crocodile.
Not only do you get to see these great creatures in a 1.6 million gallon tank of water, there are programs at the Shark Reef where you can learn all about them as well. Children ages 4 and under can come to the Shark Reef for free to learn about these great ocean animals. If you’re brave enough you can also go scuba diving with the sharks!
The Shark Reef at the Mandalay Bay is dedicated to conversation efforts and is staffed with members ready to answer your questions about the animals and even provide educational seminars regarding the animals living in the reef. If you love nature and animals or just want to experience a different side of Vegas, come to the Mandalay bay to visit the Shark Reef!

About Madame Tussauds Las Vegas - from Best of Vegas

Just because you didn’t see any celebrities in the nightclubs during your Las Vegas vacation doesn’t mean you can’t go home with a dozen pictures of yourself posing next to famous stars. At Madame Tussauds wax museum and attraction, you’ll find over a hundred famous figures poised and ready to meet you – not in the flesh, but in the wax. The museum features Hollywood stars, TV stars, musicians, cultural icons, sports and racing figures, legendary gangsters, world leaders, and even Las Vegas legends.
Unlike most wax museums, Madame Tussauds encourages people to touch and take pictures with the figures. Hang with Britney Spears, who’s also hanging off a stripper pole. Walk down the red carpet with Jennifer Lopez, who looks stunningly like the real J-Lo in a beautiful gown. Sing for Simon Cowell on the American Idol stage – he’ll tell you you’re the worst singer he’s ever heard, just like the real Simon. Or perch in a director’s chair next to Cameron Diaz, who’s on the set of her latest movie. You’ll have a blast looking at all the figures and learning about their histories. And unlike other wax museums, where the wax figures are easily distinguishable from the real people by their silence and immobility, some of the figures at Madame Tussauds are interactive. Grab Jennifer Lopez’s famous derrière and she’ll blush.
Madame Tussauds also features the Chamber of Horrors, where you’ll find that a maximum security prison has been taken over by its killing-bent inmates. But you’re just in a wax museum – nothing can harm you, right? In the chamber, your mind will play tricks on you and nightmares are sure to follow that night.
And when you’re done viewing all the figures, you can learn how they’re made with the Behind the Scenes display, which discusses Madame Tussauds' history and goes through the process of creating a wax figure. It takes approximately 350 hours to sculpt a figure and requires about 160 measurements and 150 to 200 photographs of the subject. You can even have a figure of yourself cast for $300,000 – though it’s much less creepy to just enjoy the celebrity figures at Madame Tussauds in Las Vegas.
